Architect: Glidden Spina
Curtis Ross P.E. - Project Manager (Prior Firm Experience)
The 20-story Alexander is a central focus of the West Palm Beach landscape. The project is only 2 blocks removed from the intercoastal waterway providing residents with beautiful views as well as instant water access. The project includes 14 levels of residential units over 7 parking levels and retail at the main floor. Structurally, the project has incredible cantilevers on the southern balconies that wrap around the side of the building. Construction is a concrete frame consisting of concrete columns and shearwalls, and post-tensioned flat plate floors, including an amenity deck. Masonry infill walls comprise the exterior, with sloped metal mansard and spanning roof trusses.
