Ringling College of Art and Design’s Cunniffe Commons is a 28,000-square-foot state-of-the-art dining facility. This facility was built to meet the highest sustainability standards, from site selection to sustainable materials and renewable energy sources. Designed for dining and learning, Cunniffe Commons offers a teaching kitchen for private classes or large demonstrations, as well as a meeting space on the second floor.

The structural design consists of shallow foundations, masonry exterior walls, concrete and steel columns, concrete slab on grade, elevated concrete slab on form deck, and metal deck roof with steel joists and steel beams.
