As Suncoast Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine expanded their services, they found the need for an additional clinic. This led to the establishment of a modern 20,854-square-foot facility in Venice, Florida, which now functions as their central office. The construction of this facility entails masonry walls that support pre-engineered metal trusses. The building's foundations consist of shallow concrete spread footings for the walls and pad footings to support the columns.
